Here at Phoenix Direct we have a comprehensive knowledge of appliances, sinks and taps and will be able to advise you on the right products for your needs. The appliances you choose will be with you for a long time. Selecting the right appliance is very important. You should have the functionality that you need without paying out for features you will never use. Confidence that your appliance is well engineered and will still be cooking and cleaning just as well in years to come is ensured by the fact that we recommend and supply respected brands.

We are a main Neff supplier as we believe in the quality and functionality of their products. However, we are not tied to Neff and often recommend and supply other brands depending on your requirements. These include Miele, Liebherr, Elica, Rangemaster, Stoves to name but a few. Your new appliances will be fully test run at time of installation by our own staff.

Kitchen Worktops

With so many to choose from and all with their own unique strengths and styles, there has never been more choice in worktops.

Budget, function and looks are considerations that we can help you assess when it comes to selecting the best product for your kitchen.

We deal in granite, DuPont’s corian and silestone quatz, high quality solid woods and the best laminates and glass on the market. Most of these products also offer the ability of being used as splash backs at varying degrees if tiles are not your preferred option.

Doors

We can have any door manufactured to suit your tastes and budget. Here are some examples:

Solid wood

Solid wood doors offer a natural beauty that is hard to surpass. Our choice of woods is extensive consisting mainly of oak, pippy oak, walnut, cherry, pine, beech and maple. 5 piece shaker or raised panel, 9 piece in frame doors are all possible in any size. Care is taken with all our solid wood kitchens to make sure that every accessory and seen end is finished in a matching material. This ensures that your kitchen will mature equally over the years and always look fantastic!
Our wooden doors can also be painted in different finishes and colours for a more individual appearance.

Painted MDF

Want a painted finish without the seeing the grain of the wood. Then we can offer you painted MDF doors in a selection of styles and colours. A gloss painted MDF door also offers a mirror finish that is second to none.

Vinyl

Vinyl doors offer the largest choice of shapes and colours from metallic glosses to convincing 5 piece wood imitations. These doors are tough and offer great flexibility in design. The superior vinyl that is used in our vinyl doors ensures an enduring and vibrant print with a durability to match.

Foil

If budget is a concern a foil door may be the answer. Available in robust slab style doors and with a selection of prints.

The materials used in all our doors from foil to vinyl to paint are selected from the better end of the spectrum in its respective field. So no matter what budget we work to you know that you are getting the best of that which is available to buy.

Costs, Quotations and Installation

We are confident that our our prices and quality reflect good value for money. We are highly competitive with other high end design studios and offer better quality both in service and materials than most.

How can you know this? Our recommendations speak for themselves. You will experience quality service from the moment you meet us. You will see quality when your kitchen is installed. You will know you have quality in ten years time. We can work to most budgets but we will not compromise on the service, workmanship and certainly not the products we sell you.

Quotation - The way we work

Phoenix offers a design service which comprises of three stages.

1. The first stage is your visit to our showroom where a designer will take you through the
first steps of the process that will start to form the foundations of your design.

2. The second stage will be a site visit to measure and then realize the spacial design
of your kitchen.

3. The third stage is a presentation appointment in the showroom of hand drawn 3D
perspectives of your kitchen and the quote to complete the project.

When we give you a quote, that quote is for all the work that needs to be done including electrics, plumbing, floor and wall preparation etc. No hidden extras will be sprung on you during the project. Only on rare occasions may something crop up that was physically impossible to pick up during the two surveys that are carried out. On such an occasion full details and choices will be discussed with you before proceeding.

Installation

Every job is different but we have a golden rule at Phoenix Direct of no gaps or delays in the fitting schedule. As we employ our own craftsmen this is not an issue.

About us

Phoenix Direct is a family run business that has been established since 1996. Within our family we have over 50 years of combined experience within the fitted kitchen industry. This ensures we have a core well of knowledge to draw upon which enables us to accommodate your every want and overcome any obstacle.

A large proportion of our work today comes from recommendations and repeat business. Great attention is put into the design stage. Time is taken to liaise with the client to design a kitchen tailored to individual taste and use. We fit into our clients comfort zones because we care about our work and take on board the smallest of details raised.

Our focus is on bespoke design. Your kitchen from carcases to doors does not exist until we design it and have it manufactured to your desired specifications. Unusual sizes and shapes are our speciality. We are not tied to any suppliers so we have the freedom to source what best suits the project in hand.

Work Ethics

Here at phoenix direct customer service is always a top priority. We believe in a very high quality of service to our clients from initial planning to final installation and long after we have packed away our tools.

We give our fully employed conscientious craftsman the time they need to install your bespoke kitchen and maintain complete control over the quality of installation. All our electrics, gas and plumbing are done in house by qualified staff and we are registered directly with the NIC and gas safety register.

Every project is overseen by Steve or James who ensures a quality of service and installation that is second to none.
